(1) BODILY FLUID CLEAN-UP KIT AVAILABLE ONSITE. (2) HAND WASHING SIGNAGE IS AVAILABLE IN THE RESTROOM. (3) NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE - THE PIC DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE BASEMENT, WHICH STORES THE WATER HEATER. THEY ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE THE HOT WATER TURNED ON SOME TIME TODAY. (4) BACKFLOW PREVENTER STALLED AT THE WASTE SINK. (5) UNUSED EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN REMOVED. ONCE HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE, MANAGEMENT CAN CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND REQUEST A EARLY FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION. |
